CAUGHT IN THE ACT would be this kind of feeling baring by that image person with spray can as the graffiti alphabets artist doing its works. It seems he is getting in his own crime, blocking other work on show. More light up as we can see for his works, different from that previous graffiti alphabets which had more darken theme colors.
This now artist, making the background in blue sky looks and just mess up the color of its alphabets. Not in coherent pattern of coloring, just mixing all your sense by its alphabets, and you getting that unimagining looks. Confusing more by its shape, that alphabets really need some work for spelling it trough.
