DEFINITELY PEN which can create such action. This one done with a little clumsy, or may be the artist run out ammunition. We can see trace of the color done roughly, not in the same direction also. Especially on the background we just can’t escape the view of that unsteady line. The letters not in different scenario too, but the dots seems lessen the effect. The whole graffiti letters are not too bad after all, at least is a complete work. Some untidiness may forgive as long as no neglecting on finishing the work; take it as practicing.
